Hello, I'm Terry Cooper
Hello, I'm Terry Cooper aka The Chairman. I've spent the last 14 years working alongside hundreds of business owners in my capacity as the chairman of 4Networking, the largest joined up business networking organisation in the U.K.
I've helped contribute to and steer the company from it's humble origins in Bridgwater, Somerset back in 2006 to the multi-million pound business it has become today.

To be a great chairman you have to be a good listener and you need to truly understand a business so that you can identify opportunities and potential risks that face an organisation. You need to be able to influence people without being dominating, so that you get the best out of your people and you need to keep everything (or everyone) together in their common goal.
These are all skills I have acquired along with my years of experience managing people and teams, from sales staff to boards of directors.
